Missionary Plaques

If you are ordering more than one plaque with different missionary information. Please select quantity one, and fill out form for the first plaque. Then follow the same procedure again for each additional plaque adding them to your cart individually. The multiple quantity drop down tab is only if you want the same information on all of the consecutive plaques. 
We can include your Missionaries photo on the plaque for you, by uploading your picture.
